Dale Gibson joins John Gibby to look ahead to the best of Friday's racing action on this edition of the podcast.
The pair begin by taking a look at the key talking points ahead of Royal Ascot, including Dale's picks for the Prince Of Wales's Stakes.
They then move on to Friday's action with Dale giving his thoughts on the best of the racing from York, Goodwood and Sandown.
Alex Dunn, Andrew Mount and Paddy Aspell will be live on Friday to cover Sandown, York and Newton Abbot in the afternoon and Aintree, Chepstow and Goodwood in the evening.
