MND affects up to 5,000 adults in the UK at any one time, a group which includes the eminent scientist Stephen Hawking, but it is a relatively rare disease. June is Motor Neurone's Disease awareness month. Chris Buckler has been speaking to Michael Holden, who was diagnosed with MND 7 years ago.
