The Secretary of State has warned 'time is short' for the Stormont talks. But there was no sign of an election or direct rule being introduced if the parties can't reach a deal. James Brokenshire also said he might be forced to pass a budget at Stormont. But he did strike a more upbeat tone than the parties have over recent days. Vinny spoke to BBC's political editor Mark Devenport.
