What now for Sinn Fein's Brexit demands after the European Parliament overwhelmingly rejected the party's position? Their group's attempt to secure NI's place in the single market and customs union was defeated 374 votes to 66. Sinn Fein don't take their seats in Westminster - where the DUP are propping up the Conservative government. And now they've failed to convince their fellow parliamentarians on their plans for special status - is SF's Brexit "offensive" dead in the water? Or can it still pay off?
