Downtown Alliance offers plan for Rio Grand neighborhood

Salt Lake City business leaders are tired of the chronic problems in and around the Rio Grande neighborhood. So the Downtown Alliance believes its come up with 10 suggestions that will help out, including relocating a liquor store and infrastructure improvements to provide a safer environment.
