Is it ok for teachers to have visible tattoos on display? @adepstein1 and @worldinaglass debate

Writing in the Guardian - school principal Vic Goddard says "a face tattoo wouldn't be appropriate because it would be off-putting for some young people". But what do you reckon? Whether its a face or neck tattoo, or tattoo that's become more visible due to the hot weather. Are the teachers sporting them setting a bad example?
