On Friday we heard two stories from families facing homelessness - one mother forced to move because of a broken heating system, leaving her children sleeping on a friend's sofa. And in another, a family of 5 sharing a 2 bedroom flat - they spoke to our reporter Nicola Weir about how hard it has been living in a hostel for 18 months. There are currently 12,000 homeless households here according to the audit office so these stories are just the tip of the iceberg. Vinny asked the Housing Executive's Head of Homelessness in Belfast, Brian O' Kane what they were doing to tackle the issue.
