Five tribes sue President Trump over Bears Ears changes

A coalition of tribes that once advocated for the creation of Bears Ears National Monument are now challenging President Trump's proclamation cutting Bears Ears in court. The lawsuit argues he lacks the legal authority under the Antiquities Act to make those changes.
