The children's charity NSPCC have been visiting primary schools in Kent teaching children as young as four how to spot signs of abuse. From September last year to July, the Speak Out Stay Safe team visited 163 schools across Kent with interactive assemblies. The voluntary team are specially trained to cover tricky topics such as neglect and physical and emotional abuse - and how children can talk to a trusted adult. Laura is one of the volunteers.
