Sen. Hatch slams 'regulatory acrobatics' needed for cannabis research

Sen. Orrin Hatch commended the efforts in Utah and elsewhere to study the medicinal effects of marijuana and decried the federal "regulatory acrobatics" required of researchers who endeavor to learn more about the plant.
