Twitter refuses to block or censor "world leaders"

Twitter posted a blog explaining why it would not block world leaders or delete their tweets, even if those posts might otherwise violate the platform's terms of service. The statement did not directly mention President Trump. University of Utah political communication expert Shannon McGregor spoke with KSL's Jeff Caplan about the policy.
