MENTAL HEALTH MARATHON - Opening Up & Team Me United

Opening Up Cricket and Team Me United are local organisations who use sport to bring together people who are going through similar issues when it comes to their mental health.

Matthew Gordon from Team MeUnited was joined by one of the service users, Andy Wright who told Mick how being in a team helps his mental health.
