As many as 1 million older people are "withering away" in their own home because of malnutrition caused by loneliness. That's according to a new report by an all-party parliamentary group on hunger. They are suggesting the winter fuel allowance should be means-tested to free money up to help tackle hunger. So - should wealthy pensioners give up their benefits to help others?
