After a convincing win over Blaine in their first Dual in Cambridge on Saturday, the Pioneers took a big step up in competition when they went against Class AAA's 7th ranked team in the Forest Lake Rangers. The Rangers powered their way to a 43-18 victory over the Pioneers. Jake Andres got the first win for Pierz with a 7-1 decision at 120, with Reese Kapsner taking a 3-1 win at 160, Luke Girtz won 6-0 at 182, Carson Huls earned the Fall for the Pioneers at 195 and Austin Dickmann battled to a 2-0 win at 285.
