The Welsh Assembly wants to lower the voting age to 16 in time for the council elections in 2022. This is one of the plans in a modernisation of the their voting system and follows the example of Scotland where the voting age has already been lowered for the Scottish and local government elections - with 16-year-olds also able to vote in the independence referendum in 2014. So should Northern Ireland follow suit and let young people have a vote? Joining Stephen were commentator and star of Top Table Thomas Copeland and Ruth Dudley Edwards.
