The transfer window slams shut but Beckham's MLS dream gets going
In this week's podcast, Ian McCourt is joined by the Onefootball newsroom's Dan Burke and Daniel Cadena Jordan.
The January transfer window is done and dusted. And what a spectacular transfer window it was, with so much happening in the final day. The team analyse all the biggest deals and give their verdicts on how they think the deals will go.
In the midst if all the transfer news, you might be surprised to learn that some actual football happened in the Premier League and, you might also be surprised to learn, there is a heck of a lot to talk about whether it be the tackles on Manchester City's players or the poor performance of Manchester United – yes the Onefootball podcast is part of the global media bias against Manchester United – or the rebirth of Swansea.
With all that done, it is time to turn our attentions to MLS and the new franchise launched by David Beckham on Monday. Daniel is in place to give a brief history of football in southern Florida as well as a timeline of the deal and much more.
