Utah's Governor Herbert says with more freedom, we're not as safe

As students prepare to return to class this week in parkland, Florida, The Governor of Utah says he's open to raising the age limit for certain high-powered assault rifles. He also says mental health training is needed for coaches, teachers and religious leaders to help spot issues people may be having early on.
