Sarah Sadler joins Mick Coyle to share her story on this week’s Mental Health Monday.
Her fiancé Rich was diagnosed with bipolar after a suicide attempt when he was 36.
Sadly, in September 2017, Rich later passed away,
Before he died, he told Sarah he wanted “one last fight”.
Rich was passionate about boxing, so Sarah’s organised a charity boxing event in his memory.
