A Friday edition of Soccer Matters starts with the UEFA Champion’s League Final that will take place between Real Madrid and Liverpool. Glenn gives his inputs and gets inputs from callers on what they think the outcome will be and who will lift the trophy at the end of the match. The second segment starts off with the quickly approaching World Cup tournament and teams that have captured Glenn’s eyes. The big match between the Houston Dynamo and LA Galaxy comes to discussion as Zlatan Ibrahimovich comes to Houston. The Galaxy forward has been attracting crowds throughout the country and helping out MLS in a major way. The Galaxy as a whole has had its struggle, but for the most part seems to have found its way in getting an effective role with Giovani dos Santos. Glenn poses a few questions, one specifically where he got a lot of feedback about; if Chicharito Hernandez came to the Dynamo, would he be as big of a star in Houston as the Jose Altuve, JJ Watt, or James Harden.
