We're being urged to support and celebrate people in #Kent who give up their time to help others this week. It's part of national Volunteers Week, which starts today and aims to raise awareness of charity work.  MCCH which is based in #Maidstone supports people with mental health issues and learning difficulties. Jane Robinson works at one of their charity shops, and says volunteers are a vital part of what they do.
