LGBTQ Texans: TreShaun and Leslie

The Dallas Morning News held conversations to mark both Pride Month and the 15th anniversary of the Lawrence v. Texas ruling, a U.S. Supreme Court decision that overturned Texas’ ban on so-called homosexual conduct.
TreShaun Pate is a 28-year-old transgender male and identifies as pansexual. Leslie McMurray is a 59-year-old transgender female and identifies as a lesbian.
