The number of people registering as private foster cares in #Kent is at a ten-year high. Anyone who's looking after a child they're not closely related to full-time for more than 28 days, legally has to let the county council know about it. 94 people notified them in the last financial year - but there are concerns not everyone knows it's necessary. Roger Gough is in charge of children's issues at KCC.
