If we could all just be a little more like Al

A few things I learned recently from Al, who provides my lawn service: 1. Overdeliver. Work to provide amazing service. 2. If you're the one who has received great service, offer to do a review. You set yourself up as an outlier by saying thank you. Read a good book lately? Post a review. 3. Don't worry about one-star reviews. Just focus on creating a good experience for your customers.
