Shane Hickey talks the 10c Milk Levy

Shane Hickey is a dairy farmer from Kyogle, in the north of New South Wales. He's struggling with the conditions of the drought, and its affected the health of himself, his family and his friends. Shane is fronting the push for a 10c milk levy to be imposed, to help farmers survive these tough times.
