A new report shows the number of children arrested by Kent Police has dropped by a massive 64 percent in the past seven years.

Director of Campaigns at the Howard League for Penal Reform Andrew Neilson told kmfm why things have changed so drastically.

The report also shows issues that still need addressing, such as gang exploitation of kids and the disproportionate number of crimes by kids of certain ethnic backgrounds.
