Whitenights
Reimagined by Daria Baiocchi.
"Whitenights a a composition based on the contraposition between birds sounds, human sounds (bells) and ice sounds. Birds sounds and human sounds come from a recording made by John Tollefsen in Norway. Ice sounds comes from a recording that I did with a hydrophone of melting ice. White nights refers to Dostoyevsky's short story published in 1848. This is a story about love. I translated this into love for nature and for the environment."
