Testimonials are so important in the online world we live in. So how do you get good testimonials? If you take care of people, chances are you know someone who has experienced the type of quality you've produced (friends). You can even offer to write up a sample for them to tweak. If you have customers, the best way to get good testimonials is to over deliver. And remember, it's okay to ask your clients to share their experiences and their testimony.
