There's a call for volunteers to help collect donations of food across Kent to make sure everyone has enough to eat over Christmas.

Ashford based FareShare redistribute food to chairities so meals can be provided to the most in need through out the year.

During 2017, they provided enough food for more than half a million meals for over 12-thousand people in the county.

They say demand is even greater during the festive period.

Volunteers will encourage shoppers at Tesco stores to donate.
