Parents in #Kent are being urged to cut their children's sugar intake - as research reveals those in the UK have eaten 18 years' worth by the time they're ten.
A new Change4Life campaign's encouraging families to swap certain foods for healthier ones, to tackle the risk of getting things like diabetes.
