The true cost of living in a perpetual state of distrust

What's the cost of stress today? Today, we live in a world where our stress levels are so high. I've been reading the book, Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton that talks about how our thoughts are constructed. We are designed to deal with short term stress. When we're under stress, our bodies redirect energy for another activity to help us get through that stressful situation. Problem is, our stress levels today are not a burst of stress but a perpetual state of stress. That's why we're experiencing sickness. When we're in such a constant state of stress we can't be creative or solve problems. How do we fight this? By reducing the stress in our lives. Here are two tips: 

1. automate decisions like what to wear and what to eat and 

2. make the decisions that are lingering in the background to free up energy.
