Jess, a self confessed digital evangelist breaks down exactly what digital media is, how it functions and how her role facilitates where content is places and then how it performs.

She is also the founder of Margots, a resource that helps build confidence and grounding. She shares what lead her to produce a series of talks, the website and toolkits that gently promote self: work, empathy and compassion to improve wellbeing.
