Your advantage over all other businesses

A lesson learned from my recent TV buying experience. When it turned out the TV was defective, I was told it would take them two weeks to pick it up and deliver a new one or I could bring it back myself. The lesson for entrepreneurs: most people can deliver the same products and generally the same content. But it is in your customer service that we differentiate ourselves. Are you creating "wow" experiences for your customers?
