Why you get more things done right before vacation

Have you ever gotten a ton of stuff done right before you go on vacation? Why is that? It’s because you have a deadline. But imagine what would happen if you created deadlines in your own mind all the time. 

I am actually in a coaching group in which we pick our death date and start to look at that time in increments. That makes us want to put down the smart phone and show up filled up. That deadline creates presence. 

There are no guarantees, so imagine what would happen if you lived like that all the time.
