Ecosystem 18 – Jen Gilroy-Cheetham – the patient journey

Jen, a programme manager at the Innovation Agency, fell seriously ill two years ago and recalls how her care left her feeling unsafe. She makes a plea for a different way of doing things, in which staff work as a team, a patient’s feelings are acknowledged and it is clear who is in charge of an individual’s care.
