A Simple Way To Show People You Care

Have you ever met someone who says they are bad at remembering names? Maybe you’re one of them. 

But names matter, and there are ways to remember people’s names. It makes us believe that the other person cares. 

We recently had a new author orientation, and I took time to meet each one of the authors.
