A spree killer is a person who kills multiple people in a short period of time with no cooling off period or a very brief one is known as a spree killer, mass murderer, or a rampage killer. The person that commits this type of murder usually feels like they have become alienated from society or that they no longer has any connection with the rest of humanity.
