Tanya joined Mick to discuss the impact body image and social media can have on mental health, highlighting a recent Guardian article stating that one-in-eight UK adults have had suicidal thoughts due to self-image.
And later in the show, Jonny speaks to Mick about new research which shows how two thirds of primary school children experience anxiety.
