'We are the NHS' - Ian Hampton tells why it has been the biggest highlight of his career in NHS comms

NHS England Lead Campaign Manager Ian Hampton describes the biggest highlight of his career – leading on the creation and delivery of the ‘We are the NHS’ campaign.

He tells how the NHS’s first recruitment campaign for over a decade was delivered at break-neck speed and how retaining a focus on specific audiences directed the creative development. It was important to retain an impartial and evidence-based focus in a complex political environment, to deliver real results.
