You want stretch but not snap

The best way to get into an optimal flow is to have experiences that stretch you but don't snap you. When you stretch yourself, you're producing eustress, which is good stress. If it's too hard, you get overwhelmed and have bad stress. Stretching creates confidence. What's one situation this week that will stretch you. Post it below.
