Do you schedule time to go offline?

Do you have a time when you go off the grid completely? One of the benefits of being an entrepreneur is that every day is an adventure. There comes a time when you have to go completely off the grid — no phone, no internet. For some, that's for days. Others it's for hours. But it feels good to unplug. I enjoy unplugging and didn't even accept an Alexa when it was offered recently.
