Seven giant poppies are going to be created on the beach in Folkestone to mark 100 years since peace was officially declared after the First World War.

They'll represent the seven months between the end of the fighting and the signing of the Treaty of Versailles in 1919.

Artists are going to be joined by volunteers from schools and community groups who've painted hundreds of pebbles.

Ben Braudy is from East Cliff Creatives.
