Child Migrant Detention Facilities Don't Accept Donations. The Public is Sending Them Anyway

He left the supplies in a plastic Dollar Tree bag at the door of the facility with a note —"I heard y'all need soap and toothpaste for kids. Maybe more will be on its way soon.
