The danger of trusting your brain more than your heart
Season 1, Episode 591, Jul 06, 2019, 10:00 AM
One of my favorite movies is Dead Poet's Society. There's a scene in the movie where the teacher begins teaching how to score a poem and he tells them to rip the entire section out.
I've been listening to lectures from professors from Harvard and others, and I feel the same way. I think they're overcomplicating it.
So many times we rely on logic, but we need to trust our heart. Will power, hustle and grit can't be factored into a formula.
