More positive research unveiled at the international conference for the Alzheimer's Association confirmed what has long been suspected, Alzheimer's spreads differently in the brain's of women vs men.
Two-thirds of all Alzheimer's cases are in women, and in the early stages of the disease, may go undiagnosed because women tend to do better on verbal tests than men.
