"Sen. Bob Dole Day" at Thousand Island Park NY

Senator Bob Dole, celebrating his 96th Birthday this week was honored by the Thousand Island Park Foundation 7-20-19. Dole, a WW2 hero, Senate Majority Leader and Presidential Nominee was a member of the 10th Mountain Division based at Fort Drum a short distance away from Thousand Island Park.
