Mortal Kombat

While Ryan searches the wasteland for Cody's remains, Dave immediately begins a search for a new co-host by holding a "Mortal Kombat" to decide who will fill the now vacant position.
We are assembled here today to pay final respects to our honored dead. And yet, it should be noted, that in the midst of our sorrow, this death takes place in the shadow of new life - the sunrise of a new podcast. A podcast that our beloved comrade gave his life to protect and nourish. He did not feel this sacrifice a vain or empty one. And we will not debate his profound wisdom at these proceedings.
Of my friend, I can only say this...he is definitely dead. So it's with that in mind that we move on and find his replacement, posthaste!
I'm your host, David Snider, and joining me while Ryan searches the Wasteland for Cody's remains are fellow cinephiles and potential new co-hosts, Michael Althouse and Jonathan Hinckley, with special guest Chad Griner, joining us via holo-form.
Listen as we try to understand the confusing and seemingly arbitrary rules of Mortal Kombat; we learn that Raiden really sucks at his job; and finally, we debate whether Scorpion was evil or if he was really just a big fan of Johnny Cage.
As always, be sure to rate, review and subscribe; Follow us on Twitter; and Like us on Facebook.
We'll return next week with a brand new movie review, and a new co-host, as we soldier on with our mission to bring the lost art of cinema back to the Wasteland. This is David Snider from Sector 2...signing off.
