Campaigners are handing in a petition later urging developers to reconsider plans to build more than 1,200 new homes in part of Medway.
Thousands of people have put their name down to try and stop the development being built on farmland off Pump Lane in Rainham.
The opposition group will deliver the petition to the Head Offices of AC Goatham and Son.
Illa Hewitt who's helping them says a lot of green spaces have already been lost because of recent housing.
Developers also want to build a primary school, care home, village hall and play area.
