A Kent mum is calling for more awareness of the after-effects of sepsis, after she almost died from it.
32 year-old Emma Willis from Ashford was in a coma for 10 days after getting the infection which was caused by untreated gallstones.
She's told kmfm she's still suffering a year-and-a-half after first falling ill.
