Do you command and control or engage and empower?

What kind of leader are you? Do you command and control or engage and empower?  To engage your team, give your team ownership of a project and trust them with it. If you don't do this, you are the bottleneck to growth. Someone trusted you with leadership. Now you need to trust others on your team.
