Episode 84 - Bills avoid upset with big second half

Episode 24,   Oct 21, 2019, 12:05 PM

It wasn't pretty, again, but that has been the story all season long for the 2019 Buffalo Bills. Avoiding a major upset that would have cast serious doubt on this organization, from the players to coaching, Buffalo prevailed against the winless Miami Dolphins.
The game started off rather pleasant, with Buffalo scoring the first two scores of the day, courtesy of Stephen Hauschka, before allowing a touchdown to the Miami Dolphins. Before long, another touchdown had Miami up on Buffalo 14-9, but it was the last lead that Miami would hold the day.
Josh Allen had a typical Josh Allen game, minus the interceptions. 200 yards and two touchdown passes on the day, connecting with his new toys in John Brown and Cole Beasley. Brown led the receiving core by a long shot, taking in 41.09% of receiving yards this week. The connection has blossomed this season, and I'm sure many will hoping that this continues.
Buffalo's defense struggled a tad, allowing the most points that they had given up all season. Poor tackling, amongst some other issues, left a window of opportunity for Fitzmagic to capitalize, and send the season spiraling out of control.
